Rom under 1700-talet: visuell kultur, samlande och museiskapande (7,5 hp) Ges av Stockholms universitet HT25 i samarbete med Svenska Institutet i Rom.
Vatten, samhälle och klimat i östra Medelhavet (7,5 hp) Ges av Uppsala universitet HT25 i samarbete med Svenska Institutet i Athen.
Bysans och Östersjöområdet: Urbana gränssnitt och maritima relationer i medeltidens Europa, 7,5 hp. Kursen ges av Uppsala universitet, i samarbete Koç University (Turkiet), University of Patras (Grekland), Stockholms och Lunds universitet samt Svenska Forskningsinstitutet i Istanbul inom ramen för USI. Kursen gavs VT 2025 och nästa omgång av denna kurs är planerad VT27 med fältstudier i Visby.

Cross-disciplinary courses for masters students and doctoral students with fieldstudies at the Swedish Research Institutes in Rome, Athens or Istanbul. You will gain international experience, new perspectives and get the opportunity to meet local experts and be able to explore conditions on site. Together with students and teachers from different universities, disciplines and academic traditions you will be given the opportunity to take part of new knowledge, but also to put your knowledge into practice.
